Creating the ConsultTed Brand

At Pugman Media, we pride ourselves on delivering unique, impactful branding that tells a story. When ConsultTed approached us, they had a clear vision: to create a modern, accessible pharmacy consultation app that would make digital healthcare easier for both pharmacists and patients. Our job was to shape that vision into a brand identity that stood out in the healthcare space.



 

The Concept Behind ConsultTed

ConsultTed is a platform designed to bridge the gap between pharmacies and patients by offering seamless, digital consultations. Unlike traditional pharmacy services, ConsultTed brings expert advice directly to users, eliminating unnecessary travel while ensuring professional healthcare remains accessible.

The brand needed to reflect professionalism, trust, and approachability—without leaning into the typical clinical blues and greens often associated with medical branding. Instead, we opted for a bold, modern look using grey and yellow to convey both reliability and innovation.




 

Designing the Identity

The name "ConsultTed" itself carries a friendly, human touch while reinforcing the core function of the app: consultations. To emphasize this, we incorporated a speech bubble into the design, highlighting the communication aspect of the platform. The brand’s typography is clean and modern, ensuring clarity and ease of recognition across all digital and print media.

We developed multiple assets, including digital branding for their website, app, and social media, as well as merchandise like mugs and office signage. Each design element reinforces the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
